Actively employed Kitchen Leaders and Service Leaders working 30 or more hours per week are generally eligible for many of our amazing benefits. Eligibility for some benefits is based on role and length of service.
You may be able to enroll your eligible dependents in many of the same benefits that you yourself are enrolled in. Eligible dependents include:
Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision coverage ends for you and your dependents at the end of the month in which your employment terminates or you otherwise become ineligible for benefits.
To ensure we keep costs down for all employees, Chipotle utilizes a dependent verification process. During benefits enrollment, you will be required to submit documentation to verify eligibility for any dependent newly enrolled in a medical, dental, or vision plan (such as a marriage license or birth certificate). You will receive a letter with details on how to complete the dependent verification. If you take no action, your dependent coverage may be dropped.
