If you prefer to pursue an eligible master’s degree or other eligible program not included in the Debt-Free Degree, Chipotle’s Tuition Reimbursement and Assistance plan provides you up to $5,250 each year for eligible tuition expenses. Your family members are also eligible to participate in the Tuition Assistance Program and can receive up to a combined $5,250 of tuition assistance for completing pre-designated classes. Please Note: The Debt-Free Degree Program and Tuition Assistance and Reimbursement plan do not reimburse you for the cost of books, laptops, tablets, or other course supplies. $5,250 is the maximum yearly combined total reimbursement amount for employees and their family members. Additionally, any expenses covered by grants, scholarships, or stipends are not eligible for Tuition Assistance.
