Chipotle offers multiple medical plan options to fit your needs. All medical plans provide in-network preventive care at no cost to you.
The Anthem Preventive Plus medical plan provides you limited coverage including doctor visits, specialist visits, and generic medications, for a low copay and at a low per-paycheck cost. This plan does not include coverage for services such as inpatient hospitalization, emergency care, or brand prescriptions.
The Anthem Hourly PPO medical plan costs more per paycheck, but in return, you have more robust coverage. Doctor visits and generic prescriptions are based on flat copays. Other services, such as Specialty medications, require that you first meet your deductible before the plan pays a percentage of the cost (known as coinsurance). Once you meet you out-of-pocket maximum, the plan will pay 100% of eligible expenses for the remainder of the plan year.
