Your cost varies based on the pet and age of your pet. Once you enroll, Chipotle contributes $10 per month per pet(up to three pets) towards your premium.
Please note that when enrolling, the online quote will not show Chipotle’s contribution. Chipotle’s contribution is considered taxable income. If you’re currently enrolled, watch for renewal information in the mail.
